The microTEC Cluster Conference 2026 took place from 19 to 20 May 2026 at the Kongresshaus Baden-Baden, bringing together experts from industry, research and politics to discuss current developments and future prospects in microsystems technology.
The presentations, discussions and networking opportunities reflected a strong focus on technological innovations, the exchange between science and industry, and the active shaping of progress in microsystems technology. Furthermore, the conference provided a platform for manufacturers, developers, technical managers, researchers and students to learn about current technology trends and foster new collaborations.
Nicolas Pfaff from the Institute for Microsystems Technology (iMST) at HFU attended the event and presented the HelpMeWalk project, as well as the work on encapsulating flexible sensor circuit boards carried out as part of the project.
