The final meeting of the HelpMeWalk project <\/strong>took place on March 30, 2026, at the ICube laboratory \u2013 TPS \u2013 T\u00e9l\u00e9com Physique Strasbourg, in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants included project partners (HFU, HKSL, FHNW, BellwaldTEC<\/strong>), representatives of the funding bodies (INTERREG<\/strong> and the Sciences Pilla<\/strong>r), as well as colleagues from other projects (KTUR<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the morning session, the partners presented the project\u2019s results. Each team gave a presentation on the outcomes achieved over the two years of the project\u2019s implementation:

# Model guided point cloud-surface reconstruction<\/strong> – Fabien WILHELM (HS-KL)<\/em>
#\u00a0Deep learning based-model for shape reconstruction using measured and synthetic data<\/strong> – Sarah CHOUCHENE (UNISTRA)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the afternoon, a demonstration of the prototype developed in collaboration with the company BellwaldTec took place.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prototype presentation took place in the TPS hall and was open to the public. Professor Joris Pascal (FHNW) presented the prototype developed by the project.
The presentation was delivered in French, while questions were addressed in French, English, and German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The demonstration of the bandage\u2019s functionality, as well as the acquisition of a leg image, was carried out by Corentin Fery, now Head of R&D at BellwaldtTEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also had the pleasure of welcoming professionals from the field, including orthotists-prosthetists from the Institut Universitaire de R\u00e9adaptation Cl\u00e9menceau<\/strong>: Mr. Masse and Mr. Sylvain Regnard, as well as Mr. Alexander Baer, Head of Business Development at Sanit\u00e4tshaus Aktuell AG<\/strong> (Vettelscho\u00df, Germany).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
